Hey Theorians,

We are proud to announce that we have finally decided on a new logo for the band, and, going forward, will be used from here on out for all promotional and marketing purposes. Special thanks go out to Georgi at Moon Ring Design Without further ado:

This is very exciting for us, as we have been on the hunt for a new logo for over a year now. Georgi at Moon Ring Design was very patient with us, attentive to our concerns, and we feel he’s really captured the new spirit and essence of the band.

We also wanted to let you know that any merch or apparel or posters or whatever you have that uses the old logos are still relevant. They’re still Darwen’s Theory. The important part is that you share the name with every one you know, whether it uses the old logo or the new one.

Going forward, we will be making changes to all of our social networking sites to reflect the new logo, especially the site here at darwenstheory.com – a strong effort is going to be made to ensure that we as a band have a consistent and clear promotional message across print, web, and other outlets.

Due to financial concerns, we are sorry to announce that we will not be continuing with the TheoryBus. Lack of interest and signups has amounted to a lot of money out of our pocket.

Hey Theorians!

We were sitting around one day, talking about playing this showcase show in Long Beach and we were wondering how we could get our biggest and best fans down there that day to enjoy the showcase. We decided we would look into getting a big bus for every one to ride on, and we found a company willing to work within our budget.

But what about the price? We discussed many price points and decided that, for what fans get for the cost, $50 is a reasonable amount for booze, a t-shirt, and a ticket for the show. It’s much better than taking a cab, because cabs are expensive.

Of course, tickets themselves for the show are also available at $15 each.

So how does this go down? Well, easy. First, you must know the details:

• TheoryBus slots are limited to 45. We only have 45 slots available.
• Each paid slot guarantees you a ticket into the show, a t-shirt of your choice of size and coloring, and free booze to drink
• Payments must be arranged with band members PRIOR to February 6, 2012.
• If you sign up, and need to back out later, please know the cutoff time for backing out is also February 6, 2012.
• This will be an ALL DAY event – please plan accordingly
